  1. To note or receive apologies for absence.
  2. To note any declarations of interest in the items on the agenda.
  3. To discuss SSE plans for removing/re-siting of poles/transformer
  4. To consider the following planning applications:-

P18/V12839/HH

Norton House, Chilton Road, Upton. Single storey and 2 storey rear extension. Dining room extension with extension to bedroom over, to front of house.

Deadline 12noon on 31st August 2018

  1. To discuss introduction of working from home allowance for Clerk.
  2. AOB

Owing to unforeseen circumstances it was not possible for a quorum to be present at this meeting of the Upton Parish Council on the evening of Monday 20th August 2018.  The meeting was therefore cancelled.

The agenda items that had been due for discussion will be addressed at a future meeting.
