3.1 P20/V1090/HH Sunnyside, Newmans Close, Upton

Proposed two-storey extension, two-storey rear extension, loft conversion with rooflights & dormers, alterations          to existing window & door openings & new cladding.

3.2 P20/V1162/FUL Skippetts Stables, Dene Hollow, Chilton

Variation of condition 7 retention of mobile home (see P16/V1646/FUL

  1. To report on the results & completion of the internal audit UPC accounts 2019/20.

  1. To complete the Annual Governance & Accounting Statements for 20/20.
  1. To agree the completion of UPC’s audit requirements for 2019/20:-

6.1 Certificate of Exemption completion & agree date of return to external auditors

6.2 Agree start and end dates of Notice of Public Rights

Note:- The usual ‘must include the first 10 days of July’ does not apply for 2020.

Period of notice is still 30 working days.
