Planning
5.1 consideration of application P25/V0201/DPO, for development work at the following location: Skippets Stables Dene Hollow Chilton. Discharge of obligation regarding the temporary dwelling on legal agreement 17V18 relating to planning application P16/V1646/FUL. (Change of use of 8 acres (3.23 Ha) from equestrian for domestic/leisure purposes to equestrian for commercial use (rehabilitation of race horses). Construction of 9 further stables, wash box, wc and tack room. Provision of mechanical exercise enclosure (horse walker). Provision of new timber entrance gates. Temporary mobile home accommodation).
5.2 consideration of application P25/V0899/FUL, for development work at the following location: Dulcina Newmans Close. Erection of new self-build dwelling and sub-division of existing plot and amended application
5.3 consideration of P25/V0296/DIS, for development work at the following location: Pentreen Stream Road. Discharge of condition 7 (Drainage Details) on application P24/V0675/HH. (Proposed increase in ridge height of the main bungalow, together with the incorporation of front dormer windows. Proposed single storey ground floor infill extension and proposed covered carport. New gravel driveway area to link two existing gravel areas, replacement windows and over-cladding throughout and proposed outbuilding in rear garden).

To review village matters:
6.1 To hear progress with survey being put into action. Currently awaiting confirmed quote.
6.2 To discuss developments with implementing closing the Recreation Ground gates including comment from
UVHAT. Note – purchase of signage on hold.
6.3 To consider first aid training being offered to two parishioners who would then be listed as point of contact if needed. Course to be paid for by UPC.
6.4 To agree involvement if any in Keep Britain Tidy campaign
6.5 To agree any involvement of the Council in regard to power cuts and SSE
6.6 To hear about fly tipping and vandalism – consideration to reinstate Neighbourhood Watch

8.2 To agree if any Councilor will be present at the next play area inspection
8.3 To approve ARD carrying out essential repairs in playground according to last inspection report and/or to approve repairs made by villager.
