All meetings are face to face & will be conducted in a manner with which all present feel comfortable. Residents are welcome to attend any meeting but are asked to inform the Clerk as there may be seating restrictions. Meeting agendas are published on the Parish Council noticeboard and the Upton Village website, Parish Council pages.
