April already! Birds building nests, lambs in the fields, lawns being mown, flowers in the garden, ducklings on the stream, and hopefully some sunshine too! We are putting our plans together for the months ahead, outings, lunches, talks, workshops, all sorts of events, so there is always something for everybody in the WI.
- Wednesday 4th April, Coffee at Style Acre tearooms, 10.30am
- Wednesday 3rd Lyn’s walk, meet at Blewbury Village hall, 9am (everyone welcome) for a walk along the Kennet & Avon canal, lunch out, cars needed!
- Wednesday 13th Triples Bowls tournament
- Wednesday 13th The Music Man, Abingdon Operatic Society
- Saturday 16th Batsford Arboretum, with the VPA (all welcome)
- Wednesday 27th Main meeting, Vale Room, 7.30pm, Talk on the RNLI (visitors welcome)
