Although there are carpets of snowdrops, aconites and daffodils all around, the weather tells us it definitely is still winter. Hopefully March will bring us some signs of spring.  Blewbury WI will be holding the following events during March, and any new Members will be made very welcome.

Hello to everyone.  Autumn has arrived, very beautiful but will keep us very busy with all the fallen leaves to sweep up and the garden to put to bed. October is almost here! The trees are showing off their lovely autumn colours and Harvest time fast approaching. The only drawback is the evenings are drawing in to an earlier lighting up time. Following is a list of Blewbury WI events that are being held in October, and we would love to welcome all new members to join us.

September is almost upon us. The end of Summer and the beginning of Autumn with the nights drawing in. Perhaps we will get an Indian summer to make up for all the recent rain? All our WI events for September are listed below and we would be pleased to welcome any new members to join us.

April is with us, promising some longer sunny days, lots of lovely spring flowers and Happy Easter celebrations. Below is a list of the events that Blewbury WI are holding during April, to which all new members are welcome.

Monday, 3^rd April 2017 at 10.30 am. – Coffee at Style Acre with Karen.

Wednesday, 5^th April 2017 at 9.30 am. – Lyn’s Walk. Meet at the Village Hall, we will be starting our walk from Cothill near Abingdon. Transport arranged on the day. It might be a bit muddy so stout footwear is advised. A pair of binoculars will be useful and don’t forget pennies for coffee. Please ring Lyn the day before. 850795
